I have a very bad credit score and very little income, but can afford a small home payment. Does anyone know where I can find a company willing to approve a loan under these circumstances?

my boyfriend and i have bad credit but we own a $85,000 home with no mortgage. the house is paid for. we were looking into getting a home equity loan to pay some back bills off and do home improvements. is there anywhere that we could get a loan even with bad credit?

I am a single mother of 2 who for the past year has been renting a home. I was told I would be able to rent to own but the landloards have changed their minds and want to just sell. My credit score is 500. I cant find any help to buy this house. Is there anything out there?

My father has recently decided to be a part of my life. He claims to be leaving his home to me when he passes (the same home which he threw my mother, myself, brother and sisters out of on the the streets at an early age). I have heard rumors that he has recently done a reverse mortgage on his house. Is there a way I can find out if he actually has? I just want to know for myself because he always holds this house over my head.

Is there any way to negotiate the price if the house has a reverse mortgage?

I want to buy my first house, and I have my heart set on a particular townhouse. I have a 20% down payment, but my credit is for crap. I have some charge offs & slow pays from a few years ago when I was in college. And I haven’t used any credit for anything in a few years: no credit cards, auto loans etc. Do you think theres any chance in hell I can get financing?

We have found the perfect home for very little money and need to buy instead of rent since our oldest starts high school next year. My credit probs are due to divorce and my husbands due to him being unemployed for a period of time. We can afford the home payments just can’t find the loan. HELP!!!!

If you are worried that you might not get any loans due to bad credit record, but you want to purchase a home soon, you might want to check Florida bad credit home loans that are available. Since most mortgage companies would look into the credit records, those with ratings that are not too positive find themselves in a dilemma especially if they want to make a home purchase. Will a bad credit really be a hindrance to these people? Not necessarily, since there are special options for them.

The lending companies may not be very outward about any such packages so it will be a bit tricky to find one that will give such a loan to a potential borrower. Now that the Internet is host to a lot of financial companies websites, one can easily list down the lenders within Florida. Make an inquiry or set an appointment so you can personally ask about any bad credit home loans they may have in their books but are not advertising.
